What happens after we received your application?

1. As Soon as we get your application, it is processed and assessed by the Admission Office and the relevant academic department.
2. When the assessment is complete and a recommendation is made, we notify you through email, phone or via our website.

How long does it take?

The Admissions Office will try to send you a decision as quickly as possible. The process usually takes up to two weeks.

REMEMBER: If you send/email supporting documents separately, this can delay the decision.

What can I do speed things up?

1. Applicants are required to send all documents via postal, email or upload them using the online application form on our website. You may be required to submit hard copies of the documents and this may be done via airmail or courier or submitting them to our office.
2. If any of your postal, email or any contact information changes, please let us know straight away.

Admission

To be considered for admission, a student must:

1. Fill an application form, obtainable from Registrar office (ARO).
2. Pay a non–refundable application fee.
3. Obtain an Original and certified copies of Certificates and Transcripts (either hardcopy or softcopy)
4. Certified Translation of the Certificates and Transcripts. (if not in English or Swahili)
5. CV
6. Personal Statement or Statement of Purpose.
7. Copy of Passport (i.e. all foreign students should attach copies of valid passport) or National ID
8. 2 recent passport size photos
9. Recommendation letter.
