The primary objective of the meeting was to evaluate internal operational efficiencies, refine corporate communication protocols, and review strategic frameworks aimed at elevating academic delivery and student services.

The meeting focused on the following key operational pillars:

• Review of Prior Minutes: A comprehensive review and audit of the resolutions and action items arising from staff meetings number 5 and 6.
• Institutional Communication & Representation: Standardizing the mandatory utilization of official corporate email domains and establishing rigorous guidelines for professional institutional representation across all external networks.
• TSV Operations & Strategic Innovation: Structuring operational workflows for the TSV framework to serve as a catalyst for institutional research, innovation, and sustainable development.
• Student Services Enhancement: Deliberating on advanced student-support methodologies to optimize the learning experience for both digital and physical campus cohorts.
• Registrar & Library Modernization: Formulating a strategic roadmap to digitize admission workflows, streamline registration processes, and expand library resources to meet international accreditation standards.
